New Patients
All new patients begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation.
This call allows us to discuss your goals, answer any initial questions, and make sure we are a good fit before scheduling your first appointment.

Existing Patients
Insurance clients: Please schedule your follow-up visits through Headway.
Self-pay clients: You may schedule follow-ups through IntakeQ.
Important Information
Payment Method
A valid credit card (not an HSA/FSA card) is required to book your first appointment. Card information is stored in an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant system and is not accessible to me or my billing team. You may update your preferred payment method to HSA/FSA at or after your first appointment.
Insurance
If you are using insurance, please confirm your benefits with them prior to your appointment. If you are not using insurance and plan to submit a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, I cannot guarantee coverage and you are responsible for full payment.
Visit Format
All initial evaluations and follow-ups are scheduled via telehealth by default. If we agree to meet in person, I will adjust your appointment format manually after scheduling.
